Abstract Instability of the shoulder joint is common but most time it unrecognized by treating surgeon. The symptoms can vary from subtle pain to dislocation. In many cases, there no history trauma. stabilized both static and dynamic factors, treatment complex, with recurrence more in young athletic individuals. Open arthroscopic techniques stabilization are available specific indications for each these methods. this narrative review instability, we describe pathological anatomy, evaluation, natural history, classification, instability.
